Welcome to Path To Radiography. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
● "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Path To Radiography.
● "You", "Your", "Client", "User" refers to the individual purchasing or using our services.
● "Services" refers to all educational support, coaching, mentorship, university and college application assistance, placement services, interview preparation, and any associated guidance offered by Path To Radiography.
2. Service Description
Path To Radiography offers tailored support for individuals aiming to pursue a career in radiography, including:
● Career coaching
● Academic and professional pathway guidance
● University/college application assistance
● Personal statement and UCAS support
● Placement sourcing through affiliated hospitals and healthcare providers
● CV and interview preparation
● Ongoing mentorship
All services are customised based on your selected package and individual career goals.
3. Fees and Payment
● Fees are determined based on the service package selected and will be communicated to the client prior to engagement.
● All fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of any service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Fees are quoted in GBP and are non-transferable.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:
● Full refund will be issued if no work has commenced on your case.
● No refund will be issued if any of the following services have begun:
○ University or college application support
○ Personal statement drafting or editing
○ UCAS submission guidance
○ Placement arrangement or correspondence
○ Liaison with third-party education or healthcare partners
● Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees where applicable.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
● Provide accurate and honest information about your qualifications, history, and goals
● Respond to requests for documents or communications in a timely manner
● Attend scheduled consultations or give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
Failure to cooperate may impact the success of our guidance and does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content, including written guides, application templates, videos, coaching materials, interview prep sheets, and course plans, are the exclusive intellectual property of Path To Radiography.
You agree that:
● You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share any materials, advice, or proprietary tools provided to you.
● You may not use our materials to replicate or create competing services, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
● Any violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of service and may lead to legal action.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client data with strict confidentiality. We will never share your personal information with unauthorised third parties without your consent, unless required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g. liaising with educational institutions).
8. Third-Party Partnerships
Path To Radiography collaborates with select colleges, universities, and hospitals to facilitate placements and streamline academic applications. While we will make every reasonable effort to secure suitable placements or support, we do not guarantee:
● Admission into any specific institution
● Selection for placement at a specific hospital
● Job offers or employment post-qualification
All third-party services are subject to the respective organisations' availability, policies, and discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path To Radiography shall not be liable for:
● Any loss of opportunity, income, or employment due to decisions made by educational institutions or placement providers
● Delays or outcomes arising from third-party processes (e.g., UCAS decisions, visa applications, NHS recruitment timelines)
● Technical issues, interruptions, or delays in service caused by events beyond our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or terminate service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to:
● Providing false or misleading information
● Abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff
● Breach of these Terms and Conditions
In such cases, refunds will be considered at our discretion.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
